WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

SFE offer retailers wholesale prices on all products. With LOW MOQ's and quick turn arounds. If you are based within Melbourne and products are ready for shipment, you will receive personal door to door shipment from me to you within 3 days!!

Free shipping Australia. Outside Melbourne, turn-around times vary from 7-20 days depending on quantities ordered and courier service. Any delays with shipping partners are out of SFE's control and cannot 'guarantee' specific delivery times/ days. Tracking will however be provided.

ALL products are hand-made to order and are fresh certified, natural and non-toxic.

  1. The first order any wholesale customer places with SFE must be for a total minimum amount of $750AUD

  2. MOQs starting 5+ (terms apply and each product has different MOQs)

  3. All wholesale orders require full prepayment. All orders can take anything between 3-14 business days to arrive (Australia), international up to 25 days. Items available for pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the expected delivery date. Orders will not be refunded due to any delays from suppliers outside of our control.

  4. A 50% deposit must be paid to secure Pre-order stock.

  5. Shipping will be quoted prior to pre-payment and will be included on order invoice.

  6. Depending on your method of payment there may be a surcharge. E.g Paypal will incur a 3.5% fee & Stripe is 3%.

  7. SFE can change or alter Terms and Conditions of Trading at any time. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with all policies and terms of SFE

  8. SFE can supply wholesalers with access to our product images for website and social usage. Please do not edit or alter them.

  9. SFE branding must remain on any packaging and products.

  10. Images posted to our social media of customers using products purchased from our website cannot be used to advertise SFE products on wholesaler accounts.
